🔐 Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

🚪 How is access to the property coordinated?

You can:

  • Provide a spare key

  • Give us an entry code

  • Or have someone available to let us in

If your home has a security system, please disable it before your appointment, or share instructions/code so we may do so safely. We’ll always reset the alarm before leaving.

💳 How can I pay for services?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Cash App

  • Cash or Check (please place in a sealed envelope to prevent accidental damage)

Let us know your preferred method, and we’ll prepare your invoice accordingly.

🔄 Will the same team clean my home each time?

We try our best to keep your service consistent.
Whenever possible, you’ll see the same team or cleaner at each visit. Familiarity reduces errors and builds trust — and if we ever need to adjust the team, we’ll let you know and maintain the same quality standard.

🧴 Do you provide all supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment needed to get the job done right.
If you'd prefer we use your products, just let us know in advance — we're happy to accommodate.

👥 How many cleaners will be sent to my appointment?

We typically work in teams of two, but depending on the schedule and job size, we may send anywhere from 1 to 4 cleaning professionals. Regardless of the team size, quality is never compromised.

🕒 Can I book a last-minute or after-hours cleaning?

Absolutely! Just give us a call.
We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request — customer satisfaction is always our priority.

📆 What if I need to reschedule?

Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may incur a $50 rescheduling fee, though this is waivable depending on your account history.

If any area falls short of our high standards, simply notify us within the same business day. We’ll return promptly to re-clean the area — at no extra charge.
